This two day event will include a variety of keynotes, short talks, and panel discussions. There will be a wide range of topics including the challenges of design leadership, the differences between leadership in traditional companies and tech companies, recruiting the perfect design team, instilling a healthy design culture, managing personal growth, and becoming a better leader.

We're thrilled to be offering a workshop day at the Hoxton Hotel (across the road from the Williamsburg Hotel). So you can purchase a 3 day ticket to include the conference and the workshop, or a single day workshop ticket. For the workshop day there will be a choice of two workshops in the morning and two workshops in the afternoon - watch this space for schedule announcements
